4. All Sales Final

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or issue with the craftsmanship of your item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Jewelry and Watch Vault is not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping carriers. Title to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

In the event your item requires repair or service, please contact us for assistance, and we will guide you through the process.
